blog-image_2015-02-17We’d like to take a moment to mention some of our 2014 company highlights.

We were fortunate to sign partnership deals including an agreement with Symbility Solutions to integrate our contents claims valuation software ContentsExpress™ with that vendor’s structural estimating cloud and mobile products. The combined solution creates a single application that adjusters can use to estimate and process both contents and structural claims in one fell swoop.

Additionally the company’s ReStore Payments™ solution was honored with a 2014 Paybefore Award in the Best Benefits Delivery Program category, recognizing excellence in the payments industry. Additional functionality for its ReStore Payments™ platform was also announced — offering support for every means of electronic payment including direct deposit, electronic funds transfer (EFT) and mobile payments. Carriers and policyholders can now select from multiple payment options.

The Department of Customer Experience

In September Enservio announced the formation of a Customer Experience team to focus on making claims settlement as painless as possible for insureds and adjusters. The group works directly with adjusters to resolve any issues that may arise during the contents claims process.

Leading the program is Don Stafford who was promoted to Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, and Kara McMahon, the Director of Customer Experience. The company also promoted Joseph Bracken to Vice President, Product Management. Most recently it appointed Joe Cannon as Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales, a new position within the company.

Making it Right

From our marketing team, we decided the industry should take time out to recognize the heroic efforts of its many unsung heroes – those claim pros who go the extra mile to help policyholders truly restore their homes and lives. I cannot think of any other profession that can make that kind of claim.

To shower these claims pros with attention, Enservio rolled out a multiple-part video series called “Making it Right” which conducted one-on-one interviews with field adjusters often posing with their own customers on camera. The video series racked up two awards by the Interactive Media Council and the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.

Webinar Series Kicks into High Gear

Because of high demand for insights on best practices on the valuation of specialty items, we recorded webinars in the areas of firearms and ammunition, contraband and identifying counterfeit items. Be sure to check them out. Webinars on tap for 2015 will look at power tools (posted), jewelry, fine art and antiques.
